STEP 1: Teams are registered by their captain/coordinator.
- You are going to register a team. Please check tournament regulations.
- Entry fee is FREE (no charge), but you must confirm your university email address (.edu, .ac, etc).
- All players under the team must have same domain email address.
- Registration will be closed 24 hours before first round starts.
- Search your name in our chess database (USCF) to start.
- If you can't find your name in the database, click here to register.
STEP 3: Contact Info + Lichess Signin (if playing captain)
- Enter your name, email and phone. We need phone number for emergency contact.
- University email is required. You will need to confirm by clicking the link we send after this registration.
- Lichess handle/account is required if you are playing captain.
- If not playing captain, just click "I am not a playing captain" to register your team.
- You have to "CONTINUE LICHESS AUTH" and signin at Lichess.org
- Once you give OAuth/Access you will be redirected back to this registration process.
STEP 4: We will send you an email, and you have to confirm it.
- On "REGISTER AND CONTINUE NEXT STEP" we will send you an email.
- There is a link in the email that you have to click to complete the team registration.
- Once your team registration completed, your players can register and join the team.
